We are a group of locals (Family & Friends) who saw a rare opportunity to manufacture in the heart of the city we love. 

Jerusalem Brewing Co. (JBC) is built on a solid foundation of grit and character, rooted in the belief that a city with such incredible food, bars, and stories deserves a brewery to match. 

As a team proudly owned and operated by active-duty soldiers and reservists, we bring the same commitment to our craft as we do to protecting our country, and giving back, including real support for those protecting the country. We want JBC to be known for what it creates and how it connects people.

From our industrial home in Talpiot, we have a "Local First" mission, hiring, buying, and pouring as much as we can, right here in Jerusalem to ensure that you get to enjoy our fresh craft first. 

We are here to build a long-term community platform through great beer that is “Made in Jerusalem” and shared everywhere.

Our vision is to grow JBC into a Jerusalem-born, nationally-respected brewery that stands for craft, creativity, and collaboration.
