HaSadna 5 is more than a beer; it’s a liquid map of our brewery’s location. Named after the industrial street where we grind, weld, and brew, this Jerusalem Edition of an American Amber Ale, strikes that middle ground between malt depth and hop vibrance.

Flavor & Sensory Profile
As you crack the cap or pull the tap handle, the nose is dominated by a dual-layered invitation: The Sweet Side: Expect a warm, inviting scent of honey-drizzled toast and a hint of toffee.

The Bright Side: Cutting through the malt are the distinct "C-hop" aromatics. You’ll find bright orange zest, fresh grapefruit, and a whisper of mango and pineapple from the tropical hop additions.

Flavor: The Balancing Act
The first sip is designed to be a "walkthrough" of the grain bill you saw in the specs.
The Attack: A light, biscuit-like sweetness hits the tip of the tongue—thanks to the high percentage of Vienna and Munich malts.
