Our Story: Brewing with Resilience In January 2026, JBC (Jerusalem Brewing Co.) opened its doors in the heart of the Talpiot Industrial Zone. As Jerusalem’s only craft brewery.
We are proudly owned and operated by active-duty soldiers, reservists. We bring the same commitment to our brewing as we do to protecting our country. 
Right now, restaurants and pubs are closed, venues are quiet, and the sirens are blaring.
But we just got started, and we aren't stopping. We are brewing, bottling, and delivering through the alerts to bring a moment of relief to those who need it most.
