Our Story: In January 2026, JBC (Jerusalem Brewing Co.) opened its doors in the heart of the Talpiot Industrial Zone as Jerusalem’s only craft brewery.We are proudly owned and operated by a group of friends and family (all American Olim) active-duty soldiers, reservists, and Moms who felt strongly that Jerusalem's incredible culinary and nightlife scene deserved its own local, premium craft beer.
